Step Into Spring With Lace-Up Ballet Flats

Spring has officially sprung here in Alabama and I am so ready for bright colors mixed in with some fun, new styles!  In particular, you might have started to notice the lace-up trend being applied to virtually all clothing pieces this spring. From tops to body suits to the perfect pair of heels for a night out (seriously, someone buy me these  asap please and thanks) get ready to see this trend everywhere! Today, I’m so excited to share with you my latest purchase from Forever 21: these lace-up flats! I’ve been eyeing this style for a while to see where I could find one for a good price as well as a pair that can handle me walking across campus everyday. I’m happy to say that these lace-up ballet flats from Forever 21 passed the test with flying colors. The concealed zipper in the back makes it seem like you painstakingly took the time to tie these shoes in the morning. I don’t know about you, but I’m already late 99% of the time so I’m glad these are virtually  slip on/off flats! I paired them here with a circle skirt and blouse, but I could see myself adding it to a fancier ensemble or boyfriend jeans to dress it down for an afternoon out!
