Let’s Go, GNO: Charlotte Edition

I had to insert the Miley Cyrus lyrics of course. Since moving to Charlotte, I haven’t stopped raving about how much I love this city. Seriously. I even wrote a blog post about it here! One of the best parts is that I finally live in an exciting place to visit that isn’t extremely expensive. When I had friends or family visit me in New York City or San Francisco, it became really difficult to entertain them all weekend without some serious spending.

The Perfect Girl’s Weekend Getaway

Charlotte gives you a laid back city vibe without the hassle. For my local friends, Charleston has always been my option for a getaway. In April, I went for my bachelorette party and had a blast!  But thankful to share a little bit more about my own backyard and how to entertain your friends while they’re in town. My friends Emily Harris (from Kings Mountain) and Payton Reed (from Greenville, SC) joined me for a weekend and we had a BLAST! I’ve listed a few of the top choices for where to eat, stay and play while in the Queen City. Let me know if you think I’m missing something I should add to the list!
